However, the "wait what" response to what was obviously a fact based, well thought out and carefully executed attack on your character and overall usefulness to this forum, game or world was on point.

Almost a wash but not quite.

The Judges' tally (minus the Russian Judge who's always low and the Swedish Judge who's always high) leaves the score at diodeous - .5 and everyone else 1.

BTW im a Red Raider so I hate bovine's year round (unless its in the form of a hamburger or 14oz+ steak)

Well I would be lying to everyone and myself if I said that we are better than OU and UT, however this is definately our year and both the Horns and Sooners need to be careful because we are more than capable of taking you both down (hence our high preseason ranking). Harrell is going to be smashing every single NCAA passing record and Crabtree very well could end up being the first heisman winning WR in quite some time. I think we are clearly the 3rd best in the b12 at the moment and will probally be even higher at the end of the season because I garuntee that we will beat atleast one of the perenial powers.

Im wondering how the north is going to turn out, I honestly think that both Mizzou and Kansas got lucky last season and are going to combust this season. Nebraska should be back on top this season, and OSU might be making some noise as well. Should be interesting.

Mizzou might be worth watching at least. Kansas will amaze me if they don't suck after last year's fluke season.

Funniest sign I've seen at a college game....I think at the Mizzou/Kansas game in November:

"Kansas footbal...a tradition since September"

Even had the announcers laughing.

All the talk up here in Huskerland is that the Blackshirts are back. If that's the case I expect a good showing this year. If they're still the Pinkshirts of recent memory it'll be another embarrassing year in Lincoln.
Tonight against Western Michigan should tell. If their D is back it should be a romp.

Bo is a great coach, and defense is his specialty. Purify is gone but I believe yall get Lucky for another season right? So I expect the offense will be able to roll. Admitedly I dont think Mizzou is a fluke, they have built a solid team. However I dont feel that they are deserving of their top 10 ranking but I have a feeling that Illinois will be exposing that later today.
