LOL....I am an American more than half irish myself...deeply steeped in football from living in Texas though....although I have a good appreciation and enjoy a good football (soccer) match....my young kids are playing and I have learned a lot watching the game...my high school team was a touch bunch of brawlers....

Good Luck to everyone on the path to the playoffs as today is the day where a lot is told.

I have wondered this myself...things have gotten quite nasty on my other forum....people always play above the line here...that's not a bad thing...everybody has respect...smack talk can be nice though...maybe we should fire some up for the playoffs?

Classic!

I tried to get some things going with Bushy (Nasty) Park but just not my nature. If I remember Live Oak was the bad guys last season but that was more inbred from fighting amongst themselves. *lol*

WOW Italian beat Aarhus in the game of the week. I don't know the score because 5 minutes before posting that but you can always tell who wins by the updated records on the matchups. Inverness undefeated qwest stays in tact. Birmingham won 40-10. Great try Lundenstuhl as it is nice to see ALL teams active in this league. I think this is a first where we didn't have a cpu owner all season if I am correct.

It seems the wheels have indeed fallen off. Our offense is being shut down and our defense is being blown to pieces. We're actually playing worse than we were this time last year and that's a worry.

We're out of the playoff hunt which is disappointing but nothing is as more disappointing as the fact we have just totally capitulated.

Congrats to Dublin. Birmingham next for the "grudge" match.

Sadly but i told you. It's cool to believe your team can do miracles but at Bordeaux we are realistic

We were crushed by the same players again. 14 points scored is great against berlin if we look to their schedule. I will be satisfied with this.

If you look to samuelson, it's completely crazy he can do such routes as such speed. Zig zag master... poor lineman they don't know where they are after such opposition lool

I'm at a loss to be honest.

The Badgers season has gone to hell in a handbasket and i can't figure out why. We can't stop the run anymore, or the pass, we can't run the ball, and we can't even pass it anymore - and we have the league's #1 passing offense (or did before this game - haven't checked afterwards).

I don't know if this is down to Bort's mid-season changes, but we're sucking at things we used to excel at, and nothing i try and change seems to have any effect.

At this point I don't even care about results, i'd just like some rationale to the performances. After such a strong start we're not even going to break .500, which is ridiculous given how we were playing in the first half of the year.

Well played Dublin, you soundly won that.

It probably shouldn't have been like that, but you guys started going for it on 4th down a lot and left us with a short field on several of our drives.

Yeah, we really came out swinging, expecting a close match and then just ran away with it. Best of luck getting back on track - you've got a solid team, so I'm sure it's not going to take much.

And thanks to Italian for getting us up into 4th place!

Yeah, don't kick yourself too much. We've all been frustrated trying to keep up with these mid-season changes, and there's only so much you can do. It's frustrating as sh*t.

One huge concern for us is they seem to have totally nerfed our biggest big-play threat, who can't catch a cold anymore.

But that's only a minor issue. I really don't even know where to start, any changes we've made seem to have made zero difference - maybe whatever changes have just left our underlevelled starters exposed. If that's the case there's not much we can do.
