I think the guy who made this (in USA Pro League) uses the assumption that builds are pretty similar in USA Pro, and that the only real difference over who is better is their level. At the levels that our players are at, it's not really so true. It's just simply based more on the fact that if you have higher level players, your builds should be better. So I guess your comparison of the power rankings to actual records is a pretty good estimate that your players are under preforming, but that's based more on their build quality and not on actual performance.
