I'm still confused ...

If Sphere's going to win, how are they taking the majority of the risk ?

Here's to rooting that neither of you advance out of A#1 for a long time so that the names have to stick.

In fact, the winner of this game should just lose in the playoffs intentionally just to ensure that the loser of this game is stuck w/the names. Now that would make this bet worthwhile !

I'm hoping this bet doesn't become something where after 2 weeks it'll appear like it never happened.

Hey, if we get our hearts yanked out in the playoffs we could always spin it that way I guess.

I promise you if it happens it wont be due to anything sphere has done. You will have to settle for living vicariously through others.

If the Sphere loses in the playoffs the team that beats the Sphere is guaranteed to win the league championship.

I wasn't bragging about it. I was just stating a well known fact. Too bad we will be a 6 or 7 seed and you will be a number one seed because when we get bounced in round one or two it will prevent you from winning the conference let alone the league.

It will be pretty close to 21 imo. they did a couple of nice things.

nadda, but we can make fun of each other

In light of the developments leading up to the game, I am not holding cerneo to the bet. even though, we did not use the info to our advantage, I dont feel it would be proper.

I hope we can have an untainted matchup in the playoffs.
