I have zero confidence in anything related to defense after the changes. That relates to my team and the team we are playing. I can't tell you how happy I am I no longer set the defense.

At one point I was going to turn the team over to a gm, but buddy talked me out of it. To say I am dissatisfied with the new code would be an understatement.

Btw, I have you guys #3. Part of the reason I have us #5 is most of the defense is unboosted.

Pt you have always been a worry wart, even last year when we ran the table, you had us losing about three games.

There are some things we need to improve on, but our defense is doing pretty well wehn you consider we have basicly only lvld once since the end of last year. There is not a team besides dallas that is better than 50/50 with us. While we could lose to any of the top teams, there is not much that tells me we wont be one of the favorites in the playoffs. If we get destroyed tonight, then I will reconsider.

We're not a favorite for anything unless we get our defense to a respectable level.

If that happens all bets are off.

PT just is not comfortable with higher scoring games. he thinks we should be able to keep everyone under 6. if the score is above 17 he thinks the sky is falling.

That's what I thought last season. Doesn't work that way this year

We're going to start scheduling friendlies for the morning of our regular game days.

No more of this waiting all day crap. I've got 250 FPs set aside JUST for scrimmages.

Biggest matchup so far in the Western Conference. Dallas booted then undefeated Houston out of the playoffs last season and here we sit. Dallas is the class of the conference with Houston hoping to put a dent in the monster t-money has built. The winner of this game is the clear favorite to win the west regular season title. Both teams are plutting some great offense out on the field. Solid running games, high flying offense and a bunch of points so far. The difference seems to be in the way they get there. Dallas is a little more blue collar knock you in the face while Houston will prefer to go over the top in a aerial display of dominance. Both teams are talented on defense. Dallas seems to be a little better at this stage of the season. Houston is still searching for answers on that side of the ball.
I think I am going to have to give the edge to Dallas in this matchup based on the fact that they are battle hardened already and Hou is not. Also,, until Houston can put a championship defense on the field they will be looking up at the Horns. Upset rating would be about 9/10. Houston will need to score a lot of points to pull off the victory here.
