good game berlin. i thought when we got stuffed on 3rd and 1.5 late that it could be trouble... then i saw this

0:26 2nd & 1 OPP 28.5 45.5 yd field goal attempted by Noble Barnes, missed

and was stunned more than pissed wondering why run another play ... afterall you got 2 plays off before OT.

Not much has been said about the Toulouse/Eurotrash game, but it is one of the biggest games in Alpha this season. It certainly will have a watershed affect for playoff seeding when it all boils down.

Also, I see that Eurotrash has joined the ranks of 45 teams. First, Bonn got to 45, then Birmingham, now Eurotrash and I also see that Manchester is also a 45 now.

Great game against Toulouse. A 50 yard FG won for them in OT. TOs killed us. We'll be ready for round two in the POs. Bonn, Toulouse, and Euro should be the favorites to win it this season for alpha.

Who cares what previous records are. We were a pretty horrid team last year, and we were a play away from beating Inverness, as well as beating other teams that we've not been close to last year.

It's a new season, Aarhaus are a quality team, them beating you wasn't an upset.

Who cares what previous records were? It is a part of history. So NY Giants beating New England last season in the Super Bowl wasn't an upset? Aarhus is a good team and in the top 4 for sure in Zeta. I am just saying the lack of respect for Birmingham is showing again which as an owner why wouldn't I defend my team. I never take any team lightly. Just saying you want to let sleeping dogs lie.

Do i really need to point out how flawed and stupid the comparison between season to season in GLB is and the Giants v Patriots in the NFL?

Epic game for us, Iverness, definitely building up a great rivalry history here considering how the game last year went.

This has definitely been a fun season, lots of competitive games with some great down to the wire finishes. The league has definitely reached a very balanced point in terms of team strength. Its gonna be exciting to see how the seeding breaks down and how the playoffs turn out over the next few weeks.

Then Bushy Park Badgers lost against Mobile?what a surprise!!! i didn't looked to their game or improvement of Mobile but that's a big surprise for me!!!

Well done Cedo

For our game - i really can't explain it - we got absolutely gashed on the ground, all game long, and i can't really explain it since we were set up to stop the run for the most part.

We also had our best 3 catching WRs dropping 6 balls which really held us back from keeping in the shootout.

Great game Mobile, you controlled the game on the day and we were never really in it.

Hope we can stop the slide next week.

On 1&2nd quarters we were dominated (crushed is near the right term) but then our full potential was released!

I love this season, that's so interesting!!!

Congrats to the highlanders! "there can be only one!"

Dungannon Crusaders vs. Landstuhl Liberty was a true offense duel

That's an excellent GLB week according to me

No that is NOT an upset since I mean we can't go off of previous seasons. :-)~

Seriously that is a major upset. Inverness beat Berlin congrats to them as they have played us tough and wouldn't be an upset if they beat us because they have beat us before. Berlin would be a minor upset since they have never beat us but have always played us close. Just defining my opinion of an upset.

Bordeaux and Bushy Park are the 2 teams that have made some noise this season. Quietly Stockholm has snuck back in to where they belong. Dublin is a team that I don't mention much but they are in the elite as well. These are my 8 teams that will make the playoffs in my opinion. While Mobile will barely miss it.

Birmingham
Inverness
Berlin
Aarhus
Dublin
Stockholm
Bordeaux
Bushy Park

Just my opinion as this League is still one of the toughest in GLB.

Flawed and stupid? Why is it the same teams in GLB are always in the elite with a few teams sneaking up just like the NFL. I see no flaws and how stupid it is. MATrolls, London Hitmen, Aarhus Features, Greenwood Alley Cat are all doing well in their promotions. Need I say anything else? Adriana Lima Beans are average at best in Canada Pro. Why? Because their owner is a retard and keeps tweaking the team with dropping players and picking them up later. Funny thing about it is that he is dropping his own players and than picking them back up. Stupid.

I think they should rename our league "The Proving Ground". Every team that comes out of WEAA#1 is well deserving of respect, and can compete right out of the gate in the AAA. Give it a few more seasons, and the western Europe pro league will be one of the toughest in all of GLB.

Well, let's all make a pact to meet up in Pro after Season 7.

I second that. Although it will be close and anyone can upset anyone as look at Aarhus upsetting us. The new AL's haven't been our best friend.

tisk tisk...we speak too quickly and see what happens? I have to agree that teams are getting closer to one another in skill. Great game Berlin...another tight one...and as far as the Cardinals go...i really thought they were going to get moved up last year, but things are tighter now, the window is not as open. Good Luck the rest of the way all!

I was hoping we would move up last season but London Hitmen have owned us. This is our year and is really ours to lose to be honest. In the playoffs it is a whole new season. I will be disappointed if we don't win Zeta Conference but that would be expected from any owner.

This league has always been tough and like homersdonut (owner of London Hitmen) has said on another thread that any team coming up from here will represent WE AAA#1 very well.

Talk about dodging a bullet - you guys dominated the first half. It wasn't until midway through the third we started to gain some momentum. Great game, we win by a coin flip.

No offense to any of the guys on my team, bu Magnus for MVP

No offense by anyone in the league as Magnus has always dominated and he is NOT on my team either.
