I am not saying he does not deserve his props , he has a pretty good Line he is behind. That is a healthy amount of Pancakes down the line.

I think my guy should get some consideration especially considering hes only level 17, and playing behind a lower level line than most of the top guys.

I will admit this - he is definitely the best QB among all QB's who aren't better than him.

lol, are you going to be running for office anytime GIEFF? With lines like that, I'd just about have to vote for you!

Seriously everyone, read all of GIEFF's posts with Mayor Quimby's voice in your mind. Its awesome.

I'll throw http://goallineblitz.com/game/player.pl?player_id=344234 in for FB. While he does not have great rushing yards (195) or TD (1)(how can he when Jason Dean and Jason Ortlepp is on the team lol), he has the highest amount of pancakes (16th in the west) for a non-OL and is averaging 6.5 yards per rush (6th in the West).

I was just about to say Upchurch for FB. He has more pancakes than most O-Linemen.

BEST FS- Matt Randzio leads the league in tackles

I'm putting CB - Shutter Downer as the most underrated, no one throws to his side and the majority of his tackles is in stopping the run. 3-4 times a game does the ball get thrown to his side of the field

When a FS leads the league in tackles, it's a sure sign that WR's routinely burn CB's and backs routinely get out into the secondary. So all this means is that Matt Randzio plays on one of the worst defenses in the league.

EDIT: and he's not even in the lead, he's in 2nd place.

Could be, but that's hard to say. He does have 36 tackles, not a good sign. I think LockItUp is now the clear best CB in the league.

If we are really trying to compile a list of the best , then picking now is really pointless. We also need to realize we are trying to pick the best player at his positions and not the best despite their level/team/build blah blah blah.

Picking now is about promoting discussion and enjoying the game. That means the validity and reasoning behind the picks is irrelevant.

Look at MVP balloting of an example of why unclear criteria when picking something makes for good discussion.

In that case, I would like to nominate HolePuncher McGirth for best cornerback - he hasn't given up a single completion all season.
