I'm sorry but I went to Gainesville last year and the party scene was very dead. I know several people that go there and there was nothing going on, on a saturday night. I was very disappointed b/c I wanted to party and perhaps get laid.

You come to Miami, we can at least take you to South Beach or Coconut Grove.

Miami is a dump, I am in shock you compare Miami to any other part of Florida.

LOL where the hell did you go to? It's like every big city. Rich, Poor, Bad, Decent parts. NYC, LA, Philly, etc... all have this. As a tourist all you need to do is stay in South Beach and you'll be rewarded with Ass, Celebs, Clubs (that last ALL night), oh yea hot latin ass! Funny thing is people don't go to Gainesville for Spring Break but Miami is one of the top destinations for Spring Breakers.

I never compared Miami to other Florida cities but you can't deny there is more to do in Miami than there is a Canesville opps Gainesville.

I'm a grad student at UF. There's a fair amount to do if you know where to go i guess. Some good eateries as well. I'm not a gator sports fan by any means though. I dunno.

Its pretty funny when a Cane fan has to resort to "smack" talk about how much there is to do in his city than what his team can do on the field....

Lets see if all the recruiting Shannon has done can translate to wins on the field,then come back and talk smack after you capture a ACC title.

Football performance doesn't have much to do with partying, otherwise we'd be ahead of Lamesville. We tailgate harder, and we're better

Acc is a failure, they won't get any respect winning that crap conference. After we pound them they shouldn't smack talk until they beat us or win a title.
