I think the most fair is to allow 1 vote per team. That way the number of GMs and such doesn't skew the voting. Each team can determine however they want to as to which player gets their vote.
Week 15 I'll post the final ballot, and teams will have until the playoffs start to submit their vote. I'll post them as soon as I can get them tallied after that.

So, one vote per team as in one overall team per conference?
Each team from Alpha will vote a player for every position in alpha. Each team in Zeta will do the same.
Or we can have each team have two players per position, #1 gets 2 points, #2 gets one point, to hopefully avoid ties.
