I think the Hurricats are the story of the season in Zeta. Their improvement from last year is spectacular. Hats off to them!

not to ruffle any feathers here but Blood still has to play us in the final week and im not sure they will end up 14-2... if we beat them then they could posibly fall down to a 5th or 6th, since Guam beat them too... they both would end up with a 13-3 record if Guam wins out...

once again Zeta will be up for grabs in the playoffs, it should be interesting to watch... Good Luck All

Agreed that Blood Gulch and Taiwan have the toughest games to end out the season. It's a tough draw.

hehe...

I forgot about that game

Blood Gulch will probably lose that one too, putting them in a tight spot. They are in position to grab a 3-4 spot, and the MMJ game will probably decide if they get a 3 or 4 seed

You're also forgetting about Idaho's two very tough games coming up against both Taiwan teams (Demons of zeta, dragons of alpha)

They are not in good shape to win either one. Plus, they have a big game against Guam coming up tomorrow

Guam, meanwhile, could finish as high as 4th, if they can defeat Idaho. After their Idaho game, they have 3 easy games to close out their schedule

Here's how I envision the final zeta playoff spots as:
1. HRY 15-1 (Defeats Taiwan, wins tiebreaker)
2. MMJ 15-1 (Defeats Blood Gulch)
3. Taiwan Demons 14-2 (Loss to MMJ, Wins all others)
4. Blood Gulch 12-4 (Loses to MMJ and Katanas)
5. Guam Carabao 12-4 (Loses to Idaho, Wins others)
6. Idaho Hurricats 11-5 (Defeats Guam, Loses to Demons and Dragons)
7. Blue City Bruisers 9-7 (Loses to HRY, Defeats Davao)
8. Fort Worth Thunder 8-8 (Loses to MMJ and Blood Gulch, wins others)
9. Davao Diablos 7-9 (Loses to Blue City, Taiwan, and Sura)

Man...the #1 spot must be cursed! Great game, Fort Worth! You made all the right plays!

Crazy final two minutes...24 points scored in that time.

WOW. So HRY and Taiwan duke it out this week for the sole possession of the #1 spot. Should be a great game.

we already played the Demons, we have MMJ and the dragons left... also a chance to pad stats at snipers, so Idaho dominates any pt scored tie-breaker. MMJ is the big game for us.

Fort worth stunned MMJ this morning

so that ends MMJ's amazing 9 game winning streak, and improves the chances of the Hurricats getting a top 4 seed

Congrats Fort Worth. You guys came to play, and now we need to show that it was just a fluke. Until the playoffs...
