Arkansas here. We had 100+ Weather with lows in the 90s for about 8 days in a row over the last couple weeks. Each day with Humidity of 40%+. Awful. Absolutely awful. The thermostat on my rear-view mirror in the work truck said 120 at lunchtime yesterday. The temperature per-say may have not been that hot, but it obviously felt that hot right beside the field we were working in. I've spent summers all over, and I would take the summers in the desert states, the midwest, and the "cold weather" states eons before I would choose to bear the summers in the River Delta South or the Gulf Coast.

I could see that being awful because when I go to visit my relatives in Shreveport, Louisiana in the summer it is like death. I actually own land in Arkansas (Southern part bordering Lousiana).

I actually live in Nebraska and we had a recent 5-6 day 94+ degree streak but manageable.

Well, after just a single year with Chad Pennington as a starter..... the Jets deserve anyone from Favre to Montana to step in there. Stupid douchebag Pennington. What a waste of muscle tissue.

Bolts how is the competition in WEAA? Any big differences from what you have seen playing?

Well, you can check out our team. We buffed up BIG-TIME. And we're still having some great games. Tomorrow morning we play the entering champions form WEA6, so that should be a great one.

But I definitely feel like as many as the top 5-6 teams from this league could step right up in there and be a threat every week. It's a bit tougher from the looks of it; don't get me wrong. But I feel like if you can pull out a W down here.... then you can pull one out up there.

And additionally, the formula changes have struck everyone differently. And it is forcing a lot of teams to play and approach the game a lot differently than they are used to. We are no pardon to that situation.

so far weve played zeta's #2 team WEA #8's cream of the crop and a playoff team from our own conference. The Bloodsuckers are still the only team to have brought us down and i plan on that trend continuing. there are 2 teams we will definitely have to be ready for this season. it wont be a cake walk thats for sure. I finally figured out the TD button on offense and Rack's harnessing the defense into season three's form. I dont like the new tactics but whatever may as well get the best out of them. Time to get back to tactics and keep winning. good luck to ya this season WEA #7!

I never really thought he had a chance to go to San Diego... Poor Miami indeed. They now have 4 possible starters.. I was thinking Bears more than anything
