You forgot the part where the AI had my one RB run for 8 straight runs (despite a 50-50 platoon at HB) and having that RB fumble the 8th time on the half yardline. If the AI switches to the other RB and he's not gassed and scores from the 1-foot line, it's 28-0 going into halftime.

It helps when you don't use the advanced AI for offense and the game decides you've thrown enough after being up 21-0. As you say, I will be using the advanced AI now and can tell you THAT won't happen again

I think we'll be ready. But you guys have a very good team and showed some guts coming back from 21-0 down to make a game of it. Alpha's going to be a tough one to get through in the playoffs.

I agree with you. The better team on paper won. I have no problem losing to your team. I don't like it, but you guys are solid and don't have a weakness. It wasn't a lot of fun creating a gameplan against you.

The part that was tough was that you got two big pass plays against us early on. I think that changes the complexion of the game if we don't give up 50+ and 90+ TDs on 3rd and long.

I agree. You guys are in the top tier of Alpha and you have very good depth (which will get you some tough wins). My frustration was with my brain fart on the sub rates (having force starters enabled in the 2nd Q for red zone - didn't want that), confusion on why the AI suddenly decided to abandon throwing med/deep passes in the 2nd half after we completed 10 passes for over 10 yards each in the first half and why the AI decided to go for 4th and 5 in the 2nd quarter at the opposing 20. IMO, having a 24-0 lead on a 38-yard FG is more important than running up the middle on a 4th and 5.

I hope to have both worked out before the next game. This is a bit of a learning process for all of us with these new AI tactics. It seems like you really need to set about everything to avoid having these gaffs during the game that don't make sense.

Yeah, I'm not happy with the AI at all. I don't hate it, but it has a LOT of issues still. And not all of them are User-Error.
It's going to be interesting in the playoffs for sure.
Now I just wonder how Forbidden and Oklahoma will do.
I still can't count Mekong in the top tier yet. Sorry guys, but you have to prove it by winning throughout the season.
