Well considering the next league up was miles ahead of our max level 13 league i can see why they would lose. Its tough to play catch up in recruiting to get the levels to compete. Then again ive seen teams with players 2-3 levels lower then the next team but have superior builds and on paper they are still better than the team with higher levels. BUILDS - Game planning > Levels
