Exactly the whiny story I would expect from you. I guess you didn't take into account that our oppontents have a combined 71 wins to your opponents only with 56 combined wins. (regular season). We have played everyone in our conference except the 14th 16th and 2nd place teams. Say what you want about W/L scrimmage games I'd rather use those games to test things. I don't care if you think it's a cop out, I'll just keep trying to win games that mean something.

ok... what's whiny about my post? my point is your conference is bad and you haven't even played the only team in that conference worth their salt (we play them tomorrow though).

i wasn't talking about just a 'scrimmage' game. I was talking about the tournament game (don't pretend you didn't try to win that) b/c that's the only decent team you've played... and you lost as expected (i'm discounting the Hitmen as just a preseason game where you were trying stuff - though they'd beat you too).


can we keep it in good fun or should we take the gloves off now? just let me know.

Never said we went into the game not trying to win, simply that it wasn't our priority. We ran a 50/50 even split that game just to try some things out. If you can't understand that then I'm not even going to waste time.

As for your argument that we haven't played anyone, have you looked at your scheduele? Have you even played anyone either. With the exception of your Loss to the monkeys I'm not seeing anyone that great and tough that you've played either. Heck in the Tourney games those teams would probably be like top 4-5 in our league so that doesn't hold either.

Of course all is done in good fun just simply sticking up for my team and conference. I'm excited to see how your game with blitzkrieg turns out should be fun.

whether or not my team has played anyone isn't a counter to whether or not yours has. I see only 3 'worthy' games on your side - the preseason scrimmage against the Hitmen (which I'm willing to discount, as you do, as just a preseason, meaningless thing; though I maintain they'd win vs you today as well), the tourney game that you lost, and Stuttgart that you play in the finale (and i argue you'll lose to).



but while on the subject of my team's strength of schedule: we did beat a pretty good tourney team if you were watching (i admit we actually were trying to win that game). I don't think anyone would say that our win vs the Hitmen is nothing (i don't see an equivalent win on your side - you'd have to beat Stuttgart in your finale for that).

I think Hill Valley and Berlin are both good teams and would be in the top 5 in your conference too.



We have a pretty nasty double-feature tomorrow vs Secretville and Stuttgart though. Top rusher and then top passer and WR in a 2 hour period. I haven't set either gameplan as of right now as i'm really just not sure what i want to do about it lol.


I think after tomorrow though i can't see anyone trying to maintain that the Spartans haven't played anyone

but the Generals will still be in question!!!

Yeah after tomorrow you will have played someone but you have to win it first before it means something good. I guess we'll just have to agree to disagree.
