I added seats to the existing build, but no construction... I was so concerned about money, and salaries and had no real idea of what I could expect from ticket sales, etc... so for this year, I decided to stand pat a bit... since my roster salary isn't horrendously high.....
I didn't want to take out a loan and end up screwing up......

Phew... loan's paid off in one hit, and still 1.1m left in the bank. Its a nice dodge of 270k on the interest if you are in a position to do it.
The $270k we've just saved is almost enough to trade for a Level 7 CB in the Trading Block. We might even get a Level 8 CB if we push the envelope out to 300k...
