Well with the lvl cap in play i think this would hurt him in the long run. Not to mention with the high lvl players its going to put a drain on those funds.

I'd love an answer to the question of why one would choose AA over Pro when left with the option of which team.

Wouldn't you want the challenge of pro?

Most people would. But sometimes you need to look at your options and just say "Phuket" to competitive integrity.

Honestly, they still are not all that great. I'd say the Tigers could beat them again.

We as a team are doing as what I would call "Reloading" after losing or cutting half of the team.

I lost about 15 Players and Cut another 7 or So just because they didn't meet my Build Standards or were just not ready to move up to AAA.

Time will tell.

As for Polorl69, man up and face the fact that you've been caught. I guess Paybacks are a bitch...

You guys act like I won the league already! There is alot of football to be simmed. I do not have a lock on the championship by any means.

I did nothing against the rules of GLB and if I did I am sure the mods will let me know!!!

Can you find a rule that says I cannot cut all the players from my team then sell it back to the league?

Can you find a rule that says what I can and cannot do with my own players?

There is talk of, in the forums, of what is unethical yes! But there are no rules, no ethics committee. The penalty is: that players that are 5 lvls over the league average are hit with an XP penalty, meaning they do not gain as much XP per game. SO when you guys boost your players, My players will be damn close to being within 5 lvls of the league average. I would understand you guys being upset if I brought the whole pro team here and all the players are owned by different people. But these are all my players! Don't be mad cause my players are lvl 25. You probably screamed "no fair" when no one picked your loser ass's to play dodgeball in grade school!

The fact is I did nothing against the rules! Maybe I didn't do what you consider to be ethical as an owner, everyone is entitled to there own opinion.

Actually, I can. Go check one of the many threads on gutting and collusion. What you did is TEXTBOOK collusion. I doubt that bort will do anything, as you've put money in his pocket and if the staff of this game has shown one things, it's that they're every bit as soft as the NCAA rules enforcement committee. They're the equivalent of an internet tough guy. If someone who hadn't put all that money into the game did something similar, I'll bet they'd come down hard. As it is, you're right; they probably won't do anything to you. That said, it still doesn't mean you didn't do anything wrong and you fucking well know it. Why not change the name of you team to the Oklahoma Sooners? It'd be more fitting.

And as far as my "issues" about being picked last, as a 4 year varsity player in two sports (started all four years in one), I never really had to worry about it. Seems to me the little pricks like you who have to cheat like this to win are the ones with issues. "Hey, I couldn't hack it in real sports, so I'll just cheat in a sad attempt to compensate for my lack of real talent. Yeah, that'll be great!"

Anyway you slice it, you're a cheater and a loser.

Polorl69 is one of those guys that would move his level 25 players into the D-league if he could.

YOUR JUST MAD CAUSE YOU COULDN'T BEAT ME LAST SEASON, AND THE CHANCES ARE NOT LOOKING GOOD THIS SEASON EITHER!

There's no way you could have ever recruited equal level players to those from your other team. And now, I don't think you'll be able to recruit much of anybody People here will make sure of that.

If you recruited them I would have been impressed. Instead I think you are a cheater and a chump.

And if you think that we are mad because we couldn't beat you last year, you think way to much of yourself. We lost to more than just your team and we don't have issues with those teams this year, just you.

We don't need this to be a capped league we just need it to be a no cheating league.

--- On a side note, I think it is hilarious how he goes from starting a thread saying that he will dominate the league. To trying to rationalize that the season hasn't started yet and that we shouldn't assume that he will win the championship... to now once again trash talking that it is unlikely that we will beat him this year as well. Make up your mind. ---

I went and found out his total team salary. If I did my math correctly, his yearly salary is currently $4,935,480. Daily salary is $123,387. I don't know about other teams, but is this really high?
