I'm sure Caesar secured his spot with 50 pass defends. As well as his 8 picks. He did have a few more tackles than Naves and trumped one of his Int for TD with one of his own. I of course couldn't vote for him, but the 50 PD was awesome.

12 picks is a sweet stat to hang your hat on tho.

CB is the hardest position to rate imo, I should know, I have four.

Having said that, Naves not being returned as the #1CB is retarded. Leading the league in ints and taking two to the house should put him in the running for defensive MVP of the league imo.

Dude did not get thrown at all year, so of course he has no tackles and PDs. All the other guys are awesome and I really wouldn't have said a thing and I am not pissed or saying that the other guys don't deserve it.

But, imo, Naves should have been #1 on ever single ballot.

I think maybe people forgot he was our #1 cb for 2/3 of the season before we shuffled things around

I don't wanna get into a pissin contest over peoples opinions. I just don't want my boy from the Horsemen 2nd guessed or brought down or shunned. True your boy did have more INT's, but with @ 74 more snaps. (I was bored so I checked.) As for not being thrown to... my FS probably had the least amount of tackles of all FS ,Mostly because of not being thrown at. To me, that shows that the QB gives him and your guy props. Who knows, with around 74 more plays he may have snagged a few more. But I see 50 PD as 50 possible INTs.

My intention is not to knock on Naves, he's a great player and I'm sure any team would love to have him. I'm just pointing out some facts and maybe reiterating some of the voters reasons why they voted for him while sticking up for a fellow teammate.

Good luck next year I hope to see you on the gridiron in some upcoming seasons. It's good to know that Buster Hymin won't be throwing any picks to him next year.

Oh, and grats on your domination this year.

If only we could talk Bort into adding a Pro Bowl game to the schedule... I'd love to see this game simmed.

Unfortunately, if they did this, it would just be the stat leaders on the team, and not an oppritunity to recognize the players who made big plays when it counted. Well, at least that's how we ran ours. In fact, I got 2 PM's saying owners weren't voting because the stat leader for a particular category wasn't included in the ballot. Well, that player's owner didn't put him on the ballot... oh well.

I'll also mentioned that I'm shocked that Tez Catlipoca (FS - my player) made 1st team... very honored. And hopefully Loki Amaguq (OG) learns something from all those big boys on The Four Horsemen that he's backing up. That's a heck of an offensive line.

Thank you. You were close to making first team this year. I think it will be a good fight all season to see if Loki can get it done.

All good dude, your boy is certainly deserving and I had no intention of doing anything other then sticking up for Naves, not trying to knock anyone else.

As the agent of Caesar I am glad the other owners felt he deserved to be on the Pro Bowl team.

I have a feeling Naves would have gotten more "1st Team" votes than Caesar if we had weighted them like the Alpha Team did. So even though you got only eight votes your point total would have been higher.

Of course it could just be that some owners value Pass Defelections higher. It is hard when looking at STATS to determine the better player when so much is based on if you are even in a position to make a play.

Agreed, again CB is far and away the most difficult position to judge imo and this Pro Bowl team was very carefully and very well selected imo.

You can expect to see some more Sand Gnats on that list next season. We've made some imporovements and signed some key FA's.

I've seen that! I expect you all to be considerably improved this year.

We've had a little dabble in the market too - This next season is going to be top class!
