That was insane. Very good game, the kind of games that make this whole thing worth playing. Would like to have won, but I think we at least showed that we can compete very well against the big guys, unlike last time.

Birmingham v. London, gonna be another good one. Good luck to both of you and whoever gets it, be sure to carry on and win it for Zeta.

Hard luck Berlin and Inverness.

Good luck to London and Birmingham.

Thanks everyone. It is going to be some very good matchups as all 8 teams that was remaining in the playoffs before today deserve to be moving up to AAA. One could argue that Stockholm Syndrome could also be deserving of moving up and of course a few other teams in Alpha Conference are deserving of moving up.

London has owned us over the past few seasons and we are due for a break so maybe we can shake that monkey off our back.

That....was one hell of a game. Both Berlin and Birmingham are outstanding.

We appreciate the sentiment, but we're not quite there, imo

Does home field advantage really have an advantage? What about crowd participation? I only ask this because our game was very close and we did NOT sell out this game because I decided to raise ticket prices way too much. Just curious

Here's a (un)helpful tip to Birmingham from Inverness: Don't let Ro Sham Bo get within 60 yards. A 59.5 yarder in the 1st Q of our game, and a 59.5 yarder in the 2nd made my sim jaw drop.

I saw that as it was crazy. We are just going kick Ro Sham Bo in the shin before the game starts and hope that works.

Inverness played the best game against us since we lost to MA Trolls last season, great job guys, I think you will be true contenders next season.

Very true.

They had a few big plays that could have easily turned into huge plays and changed the course of the game.

My hats off to Inverness.

great game London. i felt like we closed the talent gap and improved in game planning since that 29-10 early beatdown. thought we had a legit chance in the rematch, but simply elite special teams with those 59 yard FG's and dropping punts inside the 3 all day made a great team simply amazing. way too much to overcome against a team like yours. great job and good luck the rest of the way.

Home field gives your team a slight advantage, but the number of fans in the crowd has no impact on it.

If Bonn and Eurotrash would like to take our 2 scrimmage games seriously, the Ballers are up for having some actual games. We're gonna try to get everyone back to full energy for Bonn and then have 2 games just to see how we stack up, and maybe help put a little more out there for the alpha/zeta debate. Of course, if you guys just want to screw around in the 2 games or train on intense starting now, we'd understand, they are scrimmages after all.

Just let us know either way, we'd love to have some more real games this year.

So, does that mean no Magnus at RB like last season? lol

I'll post your request in our team forum, but it will be up to the team. I am actually going on vacation out of town in a couple hours and won't be back until Sunday and I won't have internet access either. So it will be their decision and gameplanning.

Damn, it feels great to make that upsets in the play-offs. To win is always nice, but from game to game, after this unexpected wins I am getting more nervous. I am adult since a long time, why does this online game is able to make me nervous ? :-D
