i really want Blood gulch outta the #7 spot. i know we beat them today but damn it came down to turnovers.

i think the final standings will look something like this:

1. Kyoto
2. Witch Doctors
3. Demons
4. Yetis
5. MMJ
6. Fort Worth
7. Blood Gulch
8. Blue City

i did some research, and head-to-head is actually the 1st tiebreaker

i predict the playoffs will look something like this:

round 1:
kyoto beats blue city
witch doctors beat blood gulch
demons beat fort worth
yetis beat MMJ (very close)

round 2:
the yetis edge out kyoto (very close, but i think the yetis will win since we won our regular season game)
the witch doctors edge out demons (very close, but home advantage leads witch doctors to win)

zeta champ game:
yetis vs witch doctors (i dont know who's gonna win; it will be an extremely close one though)

it may seem a bit biased, but thats how i envision the playoffs

Fort Worth will be the 6 seed -- head to head over Blood Gulch

yeah, ive noticed you guys have improved a lot

but you forgot that we improved a lot too

but anyways, that game will be HUGE; if we can beat MMJ, that would set up the biggest game of the season/playoffs

I can say the Demons would love to face Fort Worth again. I am not saying we would beat them, but I would like the opportunity to avenge our lose and if we happen to make it through them and see the Good Doctors in the next round then we would have a chance to defend both loses all in the same season. I would like to see that.

The best thing about this thread is that everyone posting realizes that anyone can win and are not trash talking the other teams. Most all the scores have been very close. In GLB were there are major blowouts everyday our conference definitly keeps you on the edge of your seat. Our two losses have been by 2 and 3 points and most of our wins have been close also. So I will just hope for the best for the Kama's and wish luck to everyone else (just not as much as my team. lol )

I feel your pain. We lost our 3 games by 7 points total. I REALLLY like it and it reminds me college football. Anything can happen and everything WILL happen.

Of course you say that...It is ok math major. I did not miscalculate those numbers (in a very Bill Clintoesque voiceover).

It is incredible the number of games decided by seven points or less...we have four such losses ourselves (9-13, 31-37, 34-41, 16-20).
