Season 121 Pee Wee Battle Royale! Initial Power Rankings!

Here we go! Strap on those helmets and get ready to lay some leather! Peewee is back and better than ever! This is going to be an epic season with 12 teams that can all beat one another if the game plan goes their way. Peewee parity? We will see if anyone can break away from the pack with new builds and new ideas. Good luck to you all!

1. Buckhead Royal Knights - Knights start off at the top spot and again are the team to beat this season. So everyone give them your best and lets knock them out of their comfortable seat atop the Gold world! Not sure if Luxury will have a little more free time or whether Argo will be holding down the fort. Either way the Knights are the best team in Gold.

2. Tanuki Thunder- The Thunder come in with a new look, a great new mascot and a team ready to take it one step further this season. This is their second season back, after an amazing first season with the JUCO boys, i think they will be holding a high spot in the rankings all season and be a force to contend with in the playoffs!

3. Martian Invasion- A surprise pick at the third spot, The Martians have landed with a familiar and in my opinion amazing mascot! I still love smoking a fatty and watching Looney tunes! even today as an "old" man. Martians Adventure ended in the playoffs last season where they nearly knocked off the Fish, now take their talents and rebranded team to Alpha where they will be a handful!

4. Tokyo Godzillas- Lessons learned from last season Tokyo bought new Nike high tops for the big lizard! Can anything stop him now? Despite has atomic powers he was ran a little bit ragged last season, but surged into contention with a nice late season run, making it within a game of the Bowl! Expecting Tokyo to challenge for the Beta title and not be a lot of fun to play!

5. Arctic Circle Grim Reapers- Arctic Circle was one of the scariest teams entering last season, they hit a rough patch at seasons end and lost some of the intimidation factor. Still they barely lost to the champs in the playoffs and my thought is they will be back better than ever this go around, if only they can hold onto the scythe!

6. Mr Coach Kline's DOTS- DOTS had moments of brilliance last season and were one of the best stories in Gold. They hit a dry spell late and were bounced in the first playoff round. DOTS have improved each season so far and this could very well be the season they break through and challenge for the Beta crown.

7. Blitzin' Dots- The Dots played under the radar last season, they quietly had one of their best, if not best, seasons in Gold. Another small step forward this season and Blitzin' will be right in the thick of the Bowl race.

8. Rome Gladiator Yaks- Welcome to the top conference! Excited to have the Yaks on our side, they make Beta more fun and more competitive! Yaks missed the post season for the first time in a long time last season, a bounce back is in order and i doubt Rome misses the playoffs this time around.

9. London Pee Wee Monarchs- After a down season and missing out on playoff ball the Monarchs will be looking to pupate into something more formidable this time around. Surely getting rid of the Princess playing at QB will help, Smiling Willie is already looking like an improvement!

10. Walk-On Warriors- The Bears melted away and a new crew of confident young dots has taken the field, ready for something more exciting than last season. I see no reason that the Warriors won't return to their formerly very tough selves this time around.

11. Turf Warriors- Welcome to Gold Warriors! The Turtlebacks have evolved and are ready to do battle with Betas finest! Results from last season suggest they will be good competition, will be fun seeing how far they can take it in their first Gold season.

12. Irridescent Ditch Fish- We have been feeling like flounders since the bowl game, staying down deep, head buried in the mud and staying out of the way. The Ditch hasn't had its normal joyful sparkle and the Fish feel like the bottom feeders of the Gold world. So they will start at the bottom and see if they can swim their way back to the top!
