3 really close games in the Vampire league today. Good games, everyone! There are some really good teams here.

Good tournament game, Omaha. We studied you for hours to prepare for this one (we have that luxury, because we don't have to worry about planning for Pro league games the way you do). But it was fun and instructional, so thanks for the lesson (even though you weren't necessarily aware you were giving it). You guys are a good team, and I look forward to competing with you more regularly when these leagues inevitably coalesce. Good luck with the rest of your season!

I blame RyanCane, his Inside Run preset offense didn't outscore you!

Good game, Squadron. We've been watching your season following the slow start (your early schedule was brutal), and have been impressed. We knew you'd come ready to play today. Great competition - this one was fun to watch. Good luck with the rest of your season!

Thanks Raven we are a bunch of casual guys trying to make the change to normal play so bare with us why we get the kinks out

I'd say you were doing really well! By 'brutal', I meant you played some very good teams early in the season. We might just as easily have started 0-for-4 as well if we'd had your schedule.

We were doing the slow-build approach earlier this season as well (for the most part) until someone pointed out that, all you gain by slow-building is approximately 30 effective level at the end of the build, which works out to 2 percent, if your end build ELV finishes at roughly 1500. I asked myself, am I willing to not be competitive for the first 4-seasons (or the first third) of my dot's career - assuming an 11-12 season career - just so I can have a 2 percent advantage that may or may not be wisely spent? To each their own - I won't criticize anyone for whatever build strategy they choose to take. Even the other agents on our team are free to build however they wish, ultimately. For me though, slow-building didn't seem worth it.

That, and the fact that I have no patience, heh!
