Nobody, but you would put your 3rd S* there in 2LB sets or a 4th LB there in 4-3 or something effectively turning it into a 4-4+ type setup. I don't care either way I just don't think based on his history that Bort is going to ok this one.

Not with an OOP penalty. No SAs firing? ....

The concept is a hard hitting LB star or the coverage LB star in the ss in 5-2. My team is 4-4 all stars. This would effectively be just for 3rd and very short situations. Leaving out SA with the penalty would still make that LB dangerous. A bit OP I’ll be honest. And yes, a bit Adder’ish with wanting it for my own advantage. But the discussion of the similarities of a LB and SS are warranted in this game. Both cover deep zones in this game, hit and/or cover well, play unders, etc. A TE can play OT, I think that’s more wild for oopp than a LB slotted for SS.

I'd rather have a S* SS that fires SAs and save the money. A player with -10% and has no SAs is worse than you think.

This is why I am not arguing your point. I say put any player anywhere you want.
