Exactly. Their money they can do what they want but I'm not sure there is really anything to gain by watching meta exploits get repeated. Not saying people should swim against but I like the crew currently resetting the way it is - distinct play styles and philosophies with character rather than which part of the code base Bort simply made overpowered getting rinsed and repeated.

I mean the natural result of that is the people who plan to win in rookie will simply have to counter with exploits of their own and do odd ball but highly repetative things to take advantage of it. How many games do you want to watch that are over one way or another 1/2 way through the 1st QTR because that's basically what you are asking for?

I don't blame them at all - it's totally Borts fault and by that I mean he's not perfect. At least to me Guacamole is interesting, Nevada is interestering, Scranton Scramblers interesting - God knows 1980 Crowns are interesting. At sophomore Goolies, Kool-Aid, Deadpool, Blackdragon ...all interesting. Those teams are all interesting because they have things they are good at and their teams actually have specific charcter.

Adding 10-11 Superstar teams that are going to spam 5 offensive plays and 3 defensive ones as many times as possible - is as interesting as watching US Dream Team basketball - the 1st time we allowed pro's in the Olympic basketball team it raised viewership you see it and you have a 200-30 blowout of the Panamanian basketball team ok its a news story but alot fewer people watched the 2nd time around and almost no one by the 3rd time. Your asking for the same thing again.

Hawaii Bulls, I'm calling you out. You cry and cry and cry about not being given enough opportunities for "meaningful games" against Kentucky, so if beating Kentucky is that important to you, reset. And you will never be the best without establishing your ability to win against Kentucky. The least you could do is not get blown out again - that would be a start.

Assuming you don't dodge and we'll be sharing a rookie league, I should mention I've heard some not great stuff about the way you choose to play rookie en-route to Vet. Something about keeping your real team in d-league until sophomore while you spam rookie with throwaway players to exploit the meta. Now, as dishonorable as that is, I'm not personally complaining, since I destroyed your spam team last league worse than Kentucky destroys you in Vet (and that's saying a lot), but... it is still a bad look for you. When we play next season, let's see if you can find a way to win that actually earns some respect.

Which is where I was torn, yeah i would like to take on Southside some more but I also get this itch to try new stuff by the time im on vet lol. And with those two resetting figure why the heck not.

Well I may have a lot of stars on my team, but I'm afraid to say I'm not great early on. I fully expect to take my lumps the first few seasons, especially from teams that owe me from Vet.

This is my thought. Nevermind that Vet will be wide open next season. Lots of good Pro teams joining too

Between taking the bar and finishing up my LLM I've been a bit busy. Too early to call whether we'll make another run. I like that there's actually activity though in some leagues, hope you all keep it going.

I want to be in this coming rookie class really bad but know I can’t restart my team with time left.
