I think the boat has sailed on giving more transparency.

Create a separate rookie league for new players, like how glb added pee wee. Let the owners of the teams be new players only. Tie it in to the account and they can only own the team if that account is less than 90 days old and/or have never owned a team before. Players Can come from anyone as recruiting is tough.

When you make an account you need to have a guided walkthrough of the basics and tutorial pop ups like literally every other game has, mobile, pc, console etc.

Buff cpu players to help the newbs that can't recruit.

All I can picture is GE returning with a new multi.

I really really want the 2TE set to have the same option as 3WR sets has for defense. If I could pick my defensive plays based on if the formation had 1 or 2 WR's it would make life a lot easier.
