Chemistry is still not improving fast enough. By game 15 at the latest, even a medium contract player should be at 100.

weird. maybe the high contract just isnt registering for our ss? i hadnt noticed until i looked yesterday thinking i could move it to the fs but then realized they were at pretty much the same level still.

To be completely honest, Chemistry is a solution to a problem that is no longer in the game.

The original issue was collusion between teams and to some effect, feeder teams.

It's pretty necessary for low contracts. Players should sign with 75 chemistry in the off season.

Original issue was the idea that you could change your team make up day to day at a whim. Which still would be a problem. That being said, going 10 plus games before being at full strength really hinders competition and frustrates agents.

This was true, it helped prevent "some" super team issues. Less agents makes it not "as much" of an issue but i could see penalizing someone for at least a 3rd of the season, but even I agree 3/4 is too much if thats accurate.

15 games in now, my players that started the season on High are at 97-98. My players on Medium are at 84-88.

So at half way point then?

I’d say one more point gain per game would be pretty good then? Could rotate high contracts a few games ago. Or two points more per be better? Should have med contract guys full by mid season

I'm just not understanding the purpose of penalizing the team and player for over 1/2 or even a 1/3 of the season really for joining a team.

It’s a Football Game for non-Billionaires.

Why the fuck do they penalize the paying customers?

At least in the NFL, fans paying tix for shitty teams get rewarded with #1 Draft picks in the hope they’ll have a future star to root for.

End Chemistry. Make everyone at 100% all the time.

Then we can get back to paying to watch colored pixels on a screen.
