Wrong, so I stopped reading after that fallacy statement. For every real-world example you can find of a player being traded and "not taking a hit", I can find 5 examples of players that did. Find me 2 and I'll find 10, find me 3 and I'll find 15, etc... So back to the truthful Arcade accusation. What we have here are some people who want an arcade game, and others who want a simulator, at least that's what it appears to me. You want your arcade players to trade all over the place with minimal chemistry penalty and that would be pure arcade. Currently you're already getting an accelerated chemistry boost, when in truth it should take YEARS for a player to reach 100% chemistry.

...and YES, when a new coach or coordinator joins a team the chemistry is instantly diminished, but here, the Pro-Arcaders are against implementing that aspect into GLB2.

There's only 4-6 seasons worth of a players life span on here...you want me to dump cash into a product that I am getting continuously penalized for purchasing? And you want to punish Teams for hiring a coaching staff now on top of that??

NFL Teams have OTAs, Mini Camps, Training Camp, and the Preseason. If you had to quantify it (which is fucking stupid by the way) By the time the Regular season starts they are at damn near 100% Chemistry.

You're right then. That sux. Flawed design.

Scratch everything I said earlier, didn't realize there's only 5 seasons average in a player's career in GLB2.

There are 5 Tiers of a player in the game

Season 1- Rookie
Season 2- Sophomore
Season 3- Journeyman
Season 4- Professional
Season 5- Veteran

Once he gets to the Veteran Tier, he no longer accrues skills points but he can play an additional 3 seasons. For additional flex you can purchase additional seasons....I think up to two more.

Getting to the Veteran level isn't something that happens with the majority of teams and players. A sizeable percentage of teams disband and players retire between the Sophomore and Professional Tiers. In my opinion, the chemistry problem is what is preventing more teams and players from getting to the Veteran level...which is not good for the health of the game.

GLB1 was much more of a sim, GLB2 is more arcade like. You might enjoy GLB1. It has way more features from designing your own defensive plays to designing your own AIs. I got burned out there because there was just too much. Player building and graphics suck there and the game is really dead.

They should take the best features from both games and make GLB3. Also add something to keep new players.

Eliminate or reduce the impacts of Chemistry. It hurts the user experience.

20 Games in and players I signed at medium contracts are STILL NOT at 100% Chemistry. That's almost 70% of the season playing with a penalty. This is ridiculous.

Once they get to 70+% the penalty is hardly noticeable. It just takes way to long to get there.

So 25 games in (over 80%) of the season and players still not at 100% chemistry.

I have a couple players I'm willing to spend FLEX points in order to respec but there is this weird rule in the game where I have to leave my team first in order to respec....thus I get totally fucked over on Chemistry yet again.

I sent a message to Corndog asking him to read and reply to this thread over a week ago. No response. To not even respond is disrespectful and I certainly don't feel valued as a customer.

You can respec in the offseason even when you are on a team.

I've tried it before and it wouldn't let me. I will try it again. What happens if you spent cap boosts and you respec a player?

You get back all the points or cap boosters you used in the last season you were still leveling up. You have to do it during the actual offseason, not on day -1 or anything like it.
