I've been noticing similar effects on defense and in sloppy weather at Pro level. Some kind of skill check that we're failing?

I think the large penalties were actually large penalties. Since more balance is needed than in the past for general movement and a large penalty stacked on top of it may have something to do with it.

but for him his outside running is generally better. i could definitely tell the difference either way.

King24Kane builds great HBs. I tried BI sweep right against Ice and got a dismal 1.5 YPC.
