I am talking in the same formation. Maybe I want to use 3-4 plays in one formation and just two in another. You can kind of do it but not really. You can try to do it with inside outside or blitz attempting to manipulate the tactics just to get the play call you want. It either can't be done at all or could be much much simpler.

Example

2WR:
Short- Run/pass 4-4 ZEB
Medium- Run/Pass 4-3 C1 Robber
Long- Run/Pass 4-4 ZEB

2TE:
Short- Run/Pass 4-3 Wide Dogs
Medium- Run/Pass 4-3 Wide Dogs
Long- Run/Pass 3-4 Flats

3WR:
Short- Run/Pass 4-3 Nickel TE Smother, UMSB
Medium- Run/Pass 4-3 Nickel TE Smother
Long- Run/Pass 3-4 Nickel TE Smother

Plug and play.

This would help me a lot. Makes things more logical for me.

Buff Carrying Grip. Too many fumbles from HBs and FBs that invest heavily in it.

imo that would lessen the impact of power tackling and monster hit tho. which would suck.

also your carry style impacts this as my elusive back has 12 fumbles on 1200+ carries.

-Allow an agent to create a player at any tier.
-Allow agent to create as many Star Players as they want

Also,
-Pass Block Power and Pass Rush Power don't seem to be very effective skills

Carrying Grip definitely needs to be fixed. I have a RB with over 90 Carrying Grip and all the appropriate SAs, he gets over 20 Fumbles on less than 400 carries.

random weather throughout the season rather than nothing and then snow for the championships every single season

adjust to make more than 2% of the screen plays in the game usable

adjust HOF balancing so that players from 20 seasons ago arent ranked above players with 2-3x better career stats

Yeah...screw that. My team lives off power tackling and monster hits.

Thats a problem in my opinion, elusives are so safe even with very low CG, power backs are too exposed to fumbles, i think it needs a bit of balancing.

Another thing I thought would be neat is if during the game replay, as part of the play description, it would tell you the name of the plays being used on both sides.
