waiver wire will be factored by a continually rolling list, but also by rankings. if you are the #1 team you will have a much harder time getting the top waiver pickups and if you are a struggling team you will have an easier time getting those pickups. should greatly balance out the depth of the league so you dont have the best teams all hawking the best FAs
however, buenos point is a good one. what if we revised the league to be 2 WRs instead of 3 WRs? that would essentially free up 16 WRs from rosters and they would be on the waiver wire. QBs and DEF will be tough, but everything else should be fine.
personally i think deeper leagues take more skill, grabbing the best sleeper players early or predicting the best performing rookies, etc.
