DeeVee has built multiple Power HBs with no where near 100 Sprinting that are the fastest player on the field for the second half of the play. Every incremental bit of Conditioning has a huge effect on field speed.
The Combine numbers are the MAX they hit. Not what a player sustains at through the course of each and every play.
I do but I value first step, cis, and prime time more than 5 conditioning.
