In a way this is part of it... his wr is very fast, and therefore likely to be open first v zonal marking, which comes up a lot in pickup games, and also on medium - long third downs where defense always sits back in cpu playbooks, he'll breach 1st down line first, making him more likely to get targeted. then you think of the cpu players marking him, and they wont have the speed to stop him getting open, either in man or zone.
