What is the criteria to be a Trump supporter?

it's subjective, of course. but if i've learned in anything from the obama years in this forum, other people get to decide which side your own (and there are always sides, apparently).

more to the point, what can we say about a person who only argues with people who aren't antisemites and, if we look at their posting history, we see that everything they have posted is in weak to strong support of antisemitism, or neutral at best. and all this despite their claim that they are not antisemitic and somehow it's other people who are the antisemites?

wait, hold up, that's gnosis. sorry, let me start over. what can we say about a person who only argues with people who are anti-trump and, if we look at their posting history --- wait, hold up again, i don't want to have to retype all that. just swap out "antisemite" with 'trump supporter' and see if you get the point.

i am not saying that trump supporters are antisemitic. this is the part where i tell you to learn how to read.

an analogy is a comparison of relations, not a comparison of the objects being related.

Very true, but when you try so hard on here in always trying to prove to us that you are an intellectual,

except that i don't. i've never said anything close to that. i mean, here i am, typing in lower case, not even bothering to proofread, saying things like "your own" instead of "you're on" and you think i'm being pretentious?

i think the real issue here is that certain people make you feel certain ways and you might want to consider how much that's on you. this seems to be all in your mind.

you end up always throwing common damn sense out the window. just sayin...

no, the issue is that you have simple reasons for your beliefs and you happen to agree with yourself, so you use that to lay claim to "common sense" itself. no one else can dare disagree with you without now going against "common sense" so you get to agree with yourself by saying a-ha, they've thrown out common sense!

congrats on being the loudest person in your personal echo chamber, i guess.

My criteria, at least the first one, would be a willingness to acknowledge in any venue that you do actually support someone, as you have with Obama. If you can't even do that, how are you a supporter?

grapple with the idea that i was less aligned with obama than you are with trump.

You're right about a formal education in political science. I didn't study it because it's boring and lacked any challenge in the introductory courses. That's not a brag, just the truth. I obviously have an independent interest though.

it's a good thing i'm not sooner and you're not a filthy libtard, because otherwise i'd be having a field day with your cuiv impression here. i'm sorry that harvard didn't have any good polisci courses for you, maybe someday they'll invent a university up to your standards.

p.s. cuiv would also say his brags weren't brags. shucks, i guess they're not because he said so. what a guy!

You're offended on behalf of introductory political science courses?

try not to shipost, djinnt. you think you're better than that, remember.

go back and read your first criteria, then read what i quoted, and then try grappling again. you missed.

sorry, i didn't think a rarified genius such as yourself would have so much difficulty following the obvious sarcasm.

let me explain--
(1) if the courses at your college were "boring and lacked any challenge", then maybe you went to a crappy school
(2) or if you went to the best school, then maybe "someday they'll invent a university up to your standards"

(3) i don't actually think you went to harvard
(4) i'm guessing you went to a crappy school, in which case lol at you for thinking all schools are equal quality and thus you can dismiss an entire academic field, especially since now you have an "independent interest" in the subject. if you'd like, i could point you to courseware from good schools that would fit your budget and would give you the formal backing you need. seriously.

(5) you were bragging. claiming you weren't just makes me roll my eyes a second time.
