So instead you're for a technique that is specifically stated to be against the rules? That seems like a great way to discount the credibility of GLB2 and lose new agents quickly. This game needs more credibility as it is. I know the overmodding of classic was annoying but at least it made the game seem like a well oiled machine and people had a respect for the rules and the Devs. We need more accountability and structure if this game we love so much is ever going to be great again.

This is actually an issue with the game and was discussed in another thread.

Yes, there's value in people recruiting players to a team, particularly S*. BUT

The problem is that teams have figured out how to load up rosters with a ridiculous amount of S*. This does two things: it of course takes away Supply and makes it harder for other teams to get S* because they don't exist and even the ones that are available are now looking to join their own S* ladden team.

Look at the Pro Tier. We are down to 7 teams. One is Inactive Hawaii - they are CPU. One is a team full of Journeyman players playing at Pro and have no S* (Tucson). Tokeneke has a real team but no S*. LogZilla and Freakville have 3 S* each. Bronx has 8 S* and BSB has 10 S*.

There are 24 S* players in the tier and they are all (ok, 18) bunched up on two teams. All the other teams from our Rookie season have given up over time that we are now down to 7 seven, really 5 teams --- IN THE TIER.

I'm not looking to make this a one agent builds a team of players and fills it with their personal S* game(ala LogZilla and others), but we've got to find a way to spread S* around better. Let's have more teams with 2-3 of them and less of these 8-10 teams.

My only thought is to raise the price of S* contracts. But I'm not sure that really fixes the problem.

Also those S*s that you recruit can go inactive anytime. My Elements team that I set up with 4 S*LBs, 1 S*DE and a S*FS on defense has already lost the S*FS, and 2 S*LBs to inactive agents...regular dots, no big deal...3 S*s to inactivity really really hurts

Those aren't all multi accounts. You can tell looking at the chemistry on my teams how much trouble I had rounding some of the guys up to resign and spend SP this past season. Luckily we all came from the same outside gaming forum so I have other ways of getting in touch with them.

lol

Yea it seems like the multi thins is something that we cant do anything about. GLB will need to figure out another way to get around this issue. It just seems so generally accepted here, I feel like Im in the minority because I dont have a multi. Maybe I should though. everyone else is.

I'm fairly new, but if it's against the rules it should be enforced. It's kinda weird how common it seems and that the admins don't give a fuck

yea I understand tyhis view point. GLB1 was pretty diligent in regards to multis. They would have never let someone openly talk about their multis in the forum without the ban hammer coming down. Sure there were still multis, but they were this obvious. And in GLB1 Multis didnt get superstars. Here, having a multi has huge benefits to the game and you would think it would have been policed alittle more.

There is/has to be a reason why they are so relaxed about the multi accounts here, I just wish there be clarify the rules some if it is going to be so relaxed.

The reason people make multis is because they cannot get the number of S*s to compete with the top teams. It isn't fair that I can only make 3 S*s and build my own team and have to compete with these other S* laden teams. And I will never make a team with another agent, who I don't personally know, because they might quite tomorrow and all that time and money I spent on the team is down the toilet. I've seen agents play this game for years and then go AWOL for 6 months or longer.

They need to either:

A. Let all agents purchase as many S*s as they want, make them cost more or something

B. Limit the number of S*s on a team to 3

All I read was," I have no friends to build a team with so I cheat.

Running a dead account is different than creating a multi to scam the system.

You know what scamming the system is? When Vet teams sign rookies to the team and put a low contract on them and don't play them just to get more money under the cap so they can sign more S*s. THAT is scamming the system. At least my teams are built fair. All my team's players are on the same tier.

Lol fair with multis. Go fuck yourself with your righteousness. Creating multis for superstars is no different thAn signing rookies to maintain a minimum roster.

The main point I am trying to make is that it should be possible for a single agent to create a team and compete at Vet. Currently, that is not possible.

I almost fell off my chair laughing, just because YOU can't get to Vet, doesn't mean anyone else isn't either...if that was the case there would be no teams in Vet which there are plenty...My advice is get a new engineer to build your Death Star, the current one isn't cutting it
