Ok look, I'd be pissed too if the situation were reversed. And I have no idea why they did this, since they haven't communicated at all. My best guess is the game glitched for some reason, couldn't be restored, and had to be re-simmed. Probably they just didn't act fast enough to re-sim it the same day with the same weather.
That being said, they didn't "give" us anything. They rolled the dice again and we won. GTFO suggesting they handed us a win because of the coaching staff.

It's really got nothing to do with you. You already lost the game and had nothing to lose. The devs incompetence only had upside for you, and you got a nice bonus out of it.
My HB lost a good game on his MVP race and my team lost a win on their ladder #1 race.
To just resim a game, which is a complete 180 from what they have done in the past, and to do it with zero notice to either team, is total bullshit for the winning side. For you, it's a random shot to maybe get a win out of it.

We went 24 hours without even a response. I kept refreshing our team page expecting to see 5-0 so I could finally see the stats from the game. I finally had to open a support ticket because the bug thread was completely ignored. Seeing 4-1 and dropping to 6th rather than 1st was a gut punch. I was excited we won and took a game and a half lead in our division and beat our biggest competitor. I damn near rage quit but it would not have been right for the agents on our team. Hopefully it never happens to anyone else.
