snap reaction is crap for anyone but a pass rusher, its crap for Wrs

Coverage tech for CBs doesnt seem to matter much

Stip tech for anyone sucks

rush first Oline can pass block just fine with 35 pass block tech

nothing makes any sense here.

LOL, most of WRs have snap reactions traits

Does coverage tech work for man defense CBs? Or the type of play is actually irrelevant?

If he thinks there may be a blitz coming (3-3-5 OWMB or whatever) and you have given him the ability to hold FBs/HBs or TEs in then he will do so. No harm in holding in a FB/HB unless they are scat backs and even if your FB is just standing back there he can pick up a DE that gets loose and additionally can avoid being targeted for that play (also good if he is not a receiver).

Ok thanks, that was insightful none he less

there are plenty of good Vet Man coverage Cbs with 30-50 coverage tech.. they seem to play no different that 85+ coverage tech Cbs.

http://glb2.warriorgeneral.com/game/player/165283 complete waste of snap reaction.. could have used those SP else where.

Lol...some of these statements are completely false. Snap is good for WRs and coverage technique is important for man CBs.

Wrong. Snap reaction is useful for any lineman, especially pulling linemen.

Snap reaction has some usefulness IMO. However, even on positions that I believe it has the most use I still only take it up to 30-50 tops end build most of the time.

I've been meaning to ask this: snap reaction doesn't matter for centers right? (since they are the ones snapping the ball anyway)

Seemed a logical assumption to make but just wanted to double check

Next most important skills:
Toughness (max)
quickness - expensive skill so you will be limited but try to get to 45
carry grip (max)
carry awareness (max)

Speed is not a skill. Sprinting is not nearly a top 3 most important skill for a power back.

It helps the linemen get off the snap earlier and initiate the first "blocking" interaction.
