This happened to me a long time ago. All the experts told me how it was and it has never been proved otherwise. This was before the bubbles. I don't think the bubbles are how it really is. Someone provide actual evidence it is not true.
Someone show me a game where more than three TOs were used in the second half and overtime. Maybe they fixed it but until I see otherwise I will stand by what they said.

There are definitely bugs in the end of half, end of game, and OT AI. We've seen pages upon pages of examples. The carryover of timeouts is not one of those bugs.
I looked it up and found out who the expert was that said I had just one TO in OT. It was you.
I got several PMs telling me the same thing as well.

We used two TOs at the end of regulation and got just one for OT.
Rob posted pretty much the exact same thing that happened to him right after I did.
DA used 3 TOs at the end of regulation and got zero for OT.

Well, I was wrong either then or now. Or perhaps I was correct both times and there was an undocumented change in between. Whow knows.
