Yeah the need a link on their homepage that links them to helpful forums. Maybe set up a list of people willing to help them for them to contact

Convinced a bunch of my friends at work to play this week... but then we got our office IP banned for creating too many accounts.

Irony is, my friends at work happen to work in the CS dept for an online game... they spend their day banning IPs for trying to circumvent the rules

Doesn't look like any accounts associated with your IP were banned.

You guys likely just hit the maximum accounts per IP, and would be able to sign up fine at home.

With that said, login restrictions are not there, but signup are if I am not mistaken, so do from your phone or home and that should solve the problem.
