So will the weather forecast be the same for every game that day? Or will it be random for each sim? Also can Tampa Bay not have snow? Hurricanes will be bad enough. 8 bit storm surge will be bad for the offense. Just like I expect Portland's tsunamis/earthquakes to be a bitch. Let's not even mention what happens in Whoville.

Yep, if it's raining on GLB2 planet, it's raining in your town. GLB2 planet's stadium engineers also appear to be afraid of building domes.
The only thing that's randomized once per game is the direction of the wind (the strength is the same all day).
