Hey I got two votes now!!

Mostly I can have much votes as I don't get to play a lot of the big games until really this year.

Boss has been my most struggle as I run Miami.

People forget I ran the enmu when they first started. A lot of people I faught with forever are gone from the game now

Dredgar, Rob., AZ, Boss,Fair Forever and DetroitLeos have been consistently tough to beat, and Id agree with False6 but were always working together. Theres alot of great coaches I just havent had the opportunity to go head to head with(or dodnt know I was going head to head with), there are slso alot of guys who think they are better than they really are( I might even fit in that category ) Not sure who runs what but MEM and Hub City's staffs deserve a mention as well, they were a thorn in our side before we reset the Baltimore Giants.

Boss & Rob just because it's Boss and Rob

Votes for .Sov and Aeir I'm in the same league as Bronx Bombers and Hostile Takeover - those teams are tight, man.
Vote for Tezed & Spastic Cowboy for Too Many Cooks and Central Falcons - same reason

I'm on a couple of Detroit Leos teams - this guy is the very best coach I've played with.

Then there are a few guys I've been associated with all along who aren't in the elite bracket but are great coaches, building some great teams

Sign me up boss! I enjoyed working with you on the Asylum and enjoyed our conversations. I can help with builds and anything you may want help with if/whenever you do it. Just let me know.

No prob, sadly with Asylum my care factor wasn't high enough and I learned too much from Mercy to keep Asylum going.

Hub City is 100% my baby. Contracts, skill point allocation, tactics for both offense and defense, you name it, I control it on Hub.

How much of it is skill versus having a pool of talented agents that build towards a plan? Seems like a fine line.

I give USC_Trojans a big + for trying to make the Honey Badgers (Hydrogen League) into a good team when the turnover of agents was high and there was really no strategy of what kind of team it would be. They would compete and even make the playoffs sometimes.

I think that should be weighted into the equation.

Talented pools of agents don't just fall from the sky. You could consider networking as a skill too.

This is very true, getting that network of players and getting others to want to come into that as well

I think I'm a great coach. I get invited to special teams coordinator and collect free wins.

Came here to say this. Kayoh is being seriously overlooked. Although not the best coordinator, he does it all by himself, and he directs every build on the team, more or less. He recruits the right people, and he's obviously gotten the job done (over and over). I've been playing GLB for a long time, and there's no one I'd rather play for than Kayoh.

Umm yes we do. Almost any capable agent in GLB1 can come right into GLB2 and build quality dots. GLB2 is childs play to GLB1 when it comes to builds.

Um no not really. It takes a few seasons at least to get the jist of building good dots and knowing what does and doesn't work in the sim. I've been a part of GLB since day 10 of S1 of GLB1 and the first couple seasons in GLB2 everyone was just figuring their way through things, nobody really just "came" into GLB2 and started crushing everyone. DD was the best team for the first couple seasons but the builds of S1 guys are nowhere near as good as the top player builds now.
