My current team is p much everything I could have wanted in an all-run team. I might have done the traits/sp a bit different on the runners but overall I dont think it could be done much better. I just didn't want to go with the cliche 2 S* pRB teams everyone else is doing.

Pretty balanced. Granted they could have done just about anything at the time. Their builds were well better than any team besides blaze and their va concept was better than blaze.

so much better. It changed the game when they opened their builds. They dominated like we did Godstoria..

This except no power tackling. So defense only has strip technique an intercepting. No other tackling skills, no deflecting, just physical skills, and intercepting.

I'm building a couple LB's on a joke team around this concept, and some sophomore LB's with no tackling skills except strip tech, so far theyre not doing nearly as bad as expected.

Wait until JMan, that's when I realized my strip heavy LB desperately needed other skills.

with heavy tech + strip, you think you'd need more than like 40 power/grip?

I would say get high grip and strip. High tech would make the tackle.

I'm not concerned with trying to go high grip+strip, I'm concerned with strip+tech.

Hard to get a strip when you don't have guys hanging on.

yep... grip+strip seems to be the way to go, if that's what you're looking for

so 3 high speed 80 tech/strip 40 power/grip LBs wouldn't be hard as fuck to run on? C'mon.

If they were consistently the 2nd person to the tackle they would be able to force some fumbles. Going solo I would expect a lot more quick missed tackles though.

I mean, GA has a fairly similar setup, just slight higher (like, 50-55ish) power tackling & grip, but they have zero investment in strip tech.
