Ridiculous statement. Basically you are saying they do not want to deal with bitching customers. That is the definition of terrible customer service. They should display a change log of what they are working on for the next season.

Mostly they probably don't have everything ready and likely don't want to tell you something is coming and then it doesn't.

At least tell us what they are working on. It's understandable if they can't fix it all.

Have you seen a lot of evidence where they promote interaction with customers on their complaints? You've got examples of good customer service?

Granted, I don't think it's the worst customer service, but transparency has never been a real strong point and it seems like it's less transparent now then it was when I last played.
