Thank you all for the Help, 1 last question before this thread dies... Can someone give me a general breakdown between GLB and GLB2 game wise...
Is gameplanning easier/Different? I was told to buy Stobies scout tool which I will do. I still dont understand the player levels and the league setup yet. Like there are three groups of teams in the leagues, how do promotions and relegation work?

Gameplanning is simpler and easier. Tactics are much less encompassing.
Set your playbook
Set your tactics

Gameplanning is much easier. There is an outside scouting tool you can pay for that makes it incredibly easy.
Leagues:
3 divisions of 4 teams each. Division winners + 1 wild card makes playoffs. Wild card vs 1 / 2 vs 3
Players (and teams unless you reset) will naturally work their way up:
rookie
soph
seasoned
journeyman
pro
vet
1 season at each -- until Vet where you get an extra season if you've bought all your player boosts -- and you can purchase 2 additional seasons if you choose to.

no need to career boost until you need to. For players made right now - that is like 7 seasons away (7 months?) should wait and see if you want to career boost before spending the flex

When you're player becomes a VET and you want him to keep playing in Vet longer
