No move for salty so looks to be more of a head to head thing.

Turned out to be another yawner.

Yes - there was crying...but I'll spare you the details.

Both are running teams...who is doing it better? Does Empire have a chance? I think so - but always a chance GE overthinks the game plan and gets destroyed...

Most lopsided 7-0 game I've ever seen. Empire plays well on D -- winning the turnover battle 2-0 and only surrendering 1 TD....

but on the other side of the ball - GE with only 63 yards of offense. 1.5 yards per carry. 50% tackled for loss. Only 5 1st downs.

That plus luck of the draw in the final ladder game could decide the ladder this season. I like it. Kind of has a BCS feel to it -- late season loss to an "underdog" knocks a season off course.

Looked for myself. Teams in the championship game get a free BONUS game (championship) for gathering ELO (or losing...).

Definitely puts Porn at a disadvantage since they lost in the 1st round of playoffs.

#1 Atlanta plays #12 Legacy - Kind of a high risk / low reward game. Atlanta wins and gets almost nothing. Atlanta loses - and takes a decent sized ELO hit (I assume)

#1 Ashland plays #16 Vipers - another high risk / low reward game.

#1 No Name plays #11 Multi-Marvin Gunslingers - yet another.

#4 Beef plays #19 Sperm Whales - high risk / low reward.

So - no huge opportunity there for anyone to gain ELO. Plenty of opportunity to lose ELO. Since many of the top ladder teams will have already played the other top ladder teams -- and most will have middling final ladder matches -- #1 in the ladder is very likely going to be determined tomorrow.

Who wins their championship game -- and who then of those -- who gets the easiest winnable ladder match assigned to them.

Yeah, I felt pretty good about my defense going into it but I wasn't sure how my offense would look against the zone (it's pretty hard to find any outside running room agains it).

Porn wins...pulling away in the 2nd half.

AND - reclaiming #1 since they are now 1 game ahead of the falcons/no name / oredockers....this is going to be a real photo finish...and the 'extra' game falcons/no name/oredockers are going to get (championship) is looking incredibly important (if they win)

We shot ourselves in the foot and need a lot of help to get #1, but this kind of excitement is pretty awesome. These last ladder games are very meaningful. The rookie ladder has been a lot of fun, especially compared to vet.

Agree - super exciting (and in reality - I'm not associated with any of these top 5 teams).

Might be the first time in 10 seasons I'll be excited about watching other peoples' ladder games on the final day!

starts in 5 minutes.

On the surface with #1 vs #14 it looked like it could be a stinker....but not so fast. Atlanta has had some surprising missteps this season. They Lost to the #11 Vipers a few weeks back -- The tied the Blackwater Bears -- they tied GE's Empire...

Which of Marvin's multi-personality teams will show up today? What kind of magic can Haha find? We'll know very soon.

Kind of looked like those early turnovers sent the falcons into a morale death spiral they couldn't recover from. No #1 trophy for Multi-Marvin this season.

And then there were 3
