On the other side of the ball - just seemed like Haha kept shooting themselves in the foot and just couldn't quite string a drive together.
Untimely botched handoff.
Inside run vs LB dogs at a bad time.
Stuff like that. Haha's power back is starting to get effective though - so hope you other teams are working on your tackling.
Haha: can we get a comment? Did you feel like maybe Fair Forever had a mole in your camp for this one? Seemed both his O and D were pretty much spot on.
Absolutely. He had wildly different offensive and defensive playbooks and tactics. Completely changed everything up which resulted in a piss poor defensive depth chart. My run stuffers were in when he was passing, my pass rushers were in when he was running. It was total disaster. Just like when we played ASU, it doesn't take long to figure out you got hit with a scheme switch, and at that point all you can hope for is to somehow outscore them...
...which isn't good when you put in offensive tactics that were a bit of a gamble, I had some tactics in expecting ZEB, and in a few situations I really wanted to exploit it. He wound up almost never running it. So my attempted exploitation of ZEB completely backfired. This was one of those, and I almost converted anyways:

There was some weird RNG that happened. 2 plays both with a frequency of 1 in my Medium playbook got called a lot. 15 total play frequency notches in that section of the playbook, so you'd expect them to be called 13.3% of the time when Medium playbook is used. Instead they got called 35.4% of the time. It slowed down my offense since they generally catch it short of the first.

I hope not.
I'm content with what my teams done this season, once my power backs start doing some damage I think my offense will make a leap. I've always thought of my team as more a "late bloomer", looking forward to that bunch of SP we'll get once we advance to Sophomore.
