No Name does indeed upset Mannheim as several of you predicted.
There were two major things that decided this game:
1: League officials are currently investigating the bank accounts of the referees assigned to this game. The game broke open when a referee inexplicably allowed this catch to stand. The WR's feet were clearly out of bounds. At this point it was obvious the fix was in...and there could be only one suspect really: Fair Forever. The FBI is likely on its way to his house right now.
http://glb2.warriorgeneral.com/game/replay/180029/23481432: Mannheim Steamrollers decision to live or die by the I Pitch Weak in today's game. Death it is. It was run 12 times...-2.8 yards per carry with a LONG of -1 yards (yes negative 1). The next most commonly run play was 7 times (plus 3 plays run 6 times). Was this an RNG job where the sim picked a crappy play and ran it an inordinate number of times...or was this a calculated (but very poor) decision? We'll see if we can catch up with Danthesportsman soon to ask that question.
As of this exact moment - that loss drops Mannheim to #5 and moves No Name up to #2
