Not unfair at all, if you are that close in ELO and you lose then you probably should be passed in the ranking. What's going to cause the most tears is the poor Vet/Pro teams getting pushed down the rankings and drawing more Journeyman & Seasoned teams.

nah...I mean a team finnishing 28-2 could be easily caught by 23-7 team if the timing of the losses sucks

Yes you can only load the play in an inside run not an outside run like the play actually is.

I'm not sure what you are missing. Like I said you can only load the play in the Run - Inside..... You can't load the play in Run - Outside like the play actually is.
