I know it isn't scientific proof by any means. But using your numbers: a team with most LB's with 90 tackle tech I would expect - would miss a fewer % of tackles than a team with LB's who have 60 tackle tech.
I'm saying the same thing about CBs with 90 deflect vs CBs with 60.
Of course there are plenty of other factors...but anecdotal "evidence" is all we have available to us right?

Fixed %'s and 35 screens (6%) against me so nothing ground breaking either. 1 of those screens was intercepted so taking those out would lower my INT numbers as well.
Just based off the numbers I would guess that deflection skill does factor into the "unable to secure". You have a 20% Unable rate compared to my 17.17% rate, with me having a significantly lower deflection investment. Assuming Romo was serious when he said he had 80+ he has a decent amount more than me as well and he is up around 21%. However, I'm slightly higher in actual passes deflected which would make me guess that there is a lot more factors into actually deflecting the ball that I must have higher or just RNG.
