The tool only does rankings based on teams scouted - my guess is those teams havent been scouted since they played their 15th game and thus arent showing up. Anyone who posts these should go through every league and scout every game choosing one of the teams to scout imo.

the QB RO spam is great but our D, which is almost 100% CPU, holds its own as well.
