Yeah kinda like this games' communication and customer service.

What games do you guys play where the coders are this much in touch with the user base?

There's two tickets in the support box at the moment, seems like customer service is doing pretty well.

Yeah that's real nice. Meanwhile we have hundreds of threads in the suggestions and bugs forums that have no input whatsoever.

They at least have a system in place. You simply deleted Epic suggestions thread. Also...the bug forum is the Major problem, not even suggestions.

FWIW, there are only about a handful that probably even merit actually being looked at and are mostly cosmetic things which I have a feeling is mostly either Bort's plate of coding or something they need to outsource help for. That would be my guess. Some of the non cosmetic additions are really debatable as to whether it helps the game going forward. Also probably not favorable conversations for actual staff to pick sides on.

And yet again...if u talk to the userbase, you only troll them and even worse: show examples of other bad managed games? Not that this fact is already sad enough and saying alot about your attitude but that other game is still managed better than this one

Thats why there should be a system or there Used to be an Epic section. OFC not Many need attention, but WG doesnt care if there are maybe even good ones cause over the time, They simply Fall thru the threads
