Not trying to make everyone play a CPU per say. Just how competitive is a league is 1 division is stacked with 4 teams owned and full roster ready to fight vs a division with 2 CPU teams?
Spreading the CPU out makes the league more competitive. Not just 1/3 the league.
As for your league looks like your in a reset league. I'd say probably 1-2 teams fold reset again while rest move on. But could be wrong without looking closer.
